General: Unit trusts are administered by Nedgroup Collective Investments (RF) Proprietary Limited (Company registration number 1997/001569/07) that is registered as a manager in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act.
Investment consulting services is performed by Nedgroup Investment Advisors Proprietary Limited (Company registration number 1998/017581/07) that is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP licence number 1652).
Nedgroup Investments is a member of the Association for Savings and Investment South Africa.
Unit trusts are generally medium to long term investments. The value of your investment may go down as well as up. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Nedgroup Investments does not guarantee the performance of your investment and even if forecasts about the expected future performance are included you will carry the investment and market risk, which includes the possibility of losing capital. Unit trusts are traded at ruling prices and can engage in borrowing and scrip lending. Certain unit trust funds may be subject to currency fluctuations due to its international exposure. Nedgroup Investments has the right to close unit trust funds to new investors in order to manage it more efficiently. You irrevocably and unconditionally agree forthwith on demand to indemnify Nedgroup Investments and its officers agents and employees from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by Nedgroup Investments or any such person of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part or this website or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of these terms and conditions by you.

12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with South African law. Users of this website unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of South Africa.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the terms and conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect. These terms of conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
