While we resolve the issue of slow and limited online services, you can reach us and transact in one of the following ways:

Chatbot

EVA, our chatbot which is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, is one of the quickest ways to add to or withdraw from your investment. It's also the easiest way to get your latest statement, tax certificate and a quick view of your balance.

Keep your cellphone handy, as you will need to accept an Approve-It request as part of the authentication process.

Telephone

You can call our client services team, where a consultant will securely do the transaction on your behalf. You can also request a form for the transaction that you wish to do, that you will need to complete and submit to instructions@nedgroupinvestments.co.za

If you are an investor without a financial planner please call 0860 123 263 or +27 21 412 2003 to provide your transaction instructions.

Please note that there may be a delay in processing an instruction submitted in this way depending on volumes, however we will honour the value date if submitted before cut-off time.
